What I Eat in a Day (@ 4 Weeks Out From My 1st. Figure Competition)

As of Saturday, May 13, I’m 3 weeks away from my peak week and 4 weeks away from competition day!

I thought it might be fun do do one of these “What I Eat in a Day” posts at this point.

Here’s what my macros are set at now (I probably won’t go any lower than this calorie wise):

Meal 1:


20 oz. coffee with 20 sweet drops.

Calories: 4 ; Macros: 0P/0C/0F


6 oz. Carbmaster Yogurt (Peach), 11g toasted wheat germ, and 8g Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Museli.

Calories: 162 ; Macros: 13P/13C/5.8F

Meal 2:

13 g Scivation Extend BCAAs (what are BCAAs?) and 5 g Cellucor Creatine (why am I taking creatine?) dissolved in ~50 oz. water. And 1 Phent-XT (fat burner) tablet.

Calories: 0 Macros: 0P/0C/0F

I’ve been drinking this cocktail every day for at least two weeks now. If nothing else, it tastes great!
I’ve been using the fat burner for a week. I’m not using it for energy or even to burn fat. I’m using it to curb my appetite. And it’s absolutely helping! I’m only planning to use it for the last few weeks of this cut because my calories are so low!

I purchased it at Ripp’d Nutrition in Ammon, Idaho. It’s a great supplement store! The people who own it and work there are passionate about the industry and their products. They are incredibly knowledgeable! So far, every time I walk in there and explain what I need, they send me home with exactly what I’m looking for!

Meal 3:

85 g deli roasted chicken from Albertson’s. 2 Laughing Cow Spicy Pepper Jack Cheese Wedges. 70 g avocado.

16 oz. coffee with 2 Tbsp. sugar free Salted Caramel Syrup.

Meal 4:

Protein Waffles (30 g vanilla protein powder, 1 lg. egg, 3 Tbsp. water). 12 g PB&J PB trimmed. 4 Tbsp. Walden Farms Maple Syrup.

Calories: 231 ; Macros: 26.3P/13.8C/7.8F

Meal 5:

119 g roasted shredded chicken, 2.5 cups sweet butter salad, 39 g Bolthouse Blue Cheese dressing, 6.9 oz Fettuccini (Miracle Noodles), 4 g Tajin Seasoning.

Calories: 294 ; Macros: 35.4P/8.8C/14.4F

Meal 6:


6 oz. Silk Almond Milk Unsweetened. 20 drops Sweet Drops Vanilla Cream. 2 Tbsp. sugar free Salted Caramel Syrup. 15 ice cubes. 31 g Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla. 12 g sugar free cheesecake jello pudding (mix). 4 g xanthan gum. 5 g Oh My Spice Snickerdoodle.

Calories: 192 ; Macros: 27.6P/14.9C/1.7F
