December Fitness & Fat Loss Goals

Muscle building progress, some.

It doesn’t take much to derail fat loss. Just one day of shitty eating per week! I’m not in panic mode yet. And that’s the problem! In my mind, I have time. I’m not losing or gaining. Just staying exactly the same. It would be fine if I weren’t going to compete in 25 weeks. I realize that’s over 5 months away. But, I also know May 26th will be here in a flash!

I’ve got to stop thinking about it in terms of 5 months or 25 weeks. So, I’m breaking it down. I’m setting goals for December that will get me to where I need to be come January 1st. I’m only going to focus on December though.

One day, one week, one month at a time!

Current Stats:

Height: 5′ 4″

Weight: 146.8 lbs.

Body Fat : 23.3%

RMR: 2232 calories/day

December Goals:

Fat Loss: 4 to 6 lbs.

Calories/Day: 1732

Daily Macros: 152 g protein, 173 g carbohydrates, 48 g fat

Cardio: 20-30 minutes (4 days/week)

Classes (teach): 3/week

Lifting: 6 times/week (2 lower body, 4 upper body)

That’s it. I have to take things 1 month, 1 week, 1 day, sometimes even one hour at a time.

One day down, only 30 to go!
